By downloading or playing Terahash Tycoon ("the game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
A simulation, not real mining
The game simulates crypto mining. Its coins, cash, prices and payouts are game items with no real-world value: they cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged or sent to a wallet, and nothing in the game is financial advice. Real coin names and market figures are used only to make the simulation feel true to life.
Using the game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell or reverse engineer the game, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
Ads
The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob and its partners. Rewarded videos are always optional. Ads are subject to each network's own policies, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
Purchases and the Mining Club
Gems, the Starter Pack and Remove ads are bought through Google Play. The Mining Club is a weekly subscription that renews until you cancel it in Google Play; a free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. It is not backed up by us and is lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Privacy
How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it working well but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update the game and these terms. If the terms change, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version at this address. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
